Mast climber owners must only submit the MC2 form in conjunction with also submitting the MC-3 form for an approved CN application, or it will not be accepted. All other past uses of this form which were specific only to the device must now be done in DOB NOW: Build . The MC2 should be submitted with supporting documentation, which must include a list of the mast's critical components, the owner's certification and a disclosure of the mast climber's history.
